📋 Description
• Plan, build, and optimize email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X channels • Maintain a 30-day content calendar • Design graphics and edit short-form video content • Automate workflows in Zapier to connect HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools • Analyze campaign results using Excel or Google Sheets • Present actionable insights • Collaborate with South American sales teams • Document repeatable processes • Support lead engagement, sales teams, and brand activity across email, SMS, and social channels • Complete the application form and record a video as the first interview step
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM, preferably HubSpot • Proven success managing multi-channel marketing across email, SMS, and social media • Strong familiarity with Zapier or Make automation • Portfolio containing at least two examples of design or video work • Solid Excel or Google Sheets data-analysis skills • Fluent English • Spanish or Portuguese is a plus • Agency experience managing multiple brands is a bonus • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney is a bonus • Background in recruiting or sourcing is a bonus • Basic HTML/CSS for email-template adjustments is a bonus • Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • Must complete the application form in full • Must record a video as part of the application process
