📋 Description

• Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs • Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks • Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS • Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups • Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration • Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows • High attention to detail and process adherence • Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines
