📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidance • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and efficiency • Manage and optimize ATS usage, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting • Drive operational improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows • Serve as a point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gaps • Monitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions • Support client account management activities and service delivery • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goals • Complete the application form and record a video as the first interview step

🎯 Requirements

• Staffing agency background is non-negotiable • At least 2 years of operations experience in a recruitment environment • Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing recruiters or recruitment coordinators • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks • Experience building recruiting automations and systems, such as sourcing workflows, ATS/data checks, referral systems, or alerts • Strong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication style • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracy • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar • Ideally experience working with US- or UK-based companies • Preferred: client account management or primary client relationship experience • Preferred: recruitment reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics • Preferred: process documentation, SOPs, or team training experience • Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST / US time zones • Must complete a video interview within the requested timeline if selected for screening
