âą Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidance âą Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and efficiency âą Manage and optimize ATS usage, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting âą Drive operational improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows âą Serve as a point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gaps âą Monitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where needed âą Support client account management activities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery âą Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goals
âą Staffing agency background is non-negotiable âą Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing a team of recruiters or recruitment coordinators âą Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks âą Strong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication style âą Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracy âą Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
