📋 Description

• Lead and coach a team of outbound sales reps to consistently hit KPIs • Build and refine sales playbooks based on real performance data and market feedback • Diagnose performance issues at both team and individual level and act on them quickly • Manage underperformers directly and confidently — including PIPs and tough conversations • Oversee daily operations including CRM hygiene, reporting, and workflow management • Communicate progress and resource needs to leadership in a clear, business-focused way • Partner with leadership to align team execution with broader company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading sales or SDR teams in a BPO environment • Proven playbook-building experience with real before/after examples • Must have remote experience working with US-based clients (non-negotiable) • American accent and strong communication skills (non-negotiable) • Data-driven approach to quality and performance management • Operationally minded — comfortable with reporting, process building, and metrics
