• Run outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn • Handle inbound leads and conduct structured qualification conversations • Identify qualified opportunities and book meetings and demos • Execute discovery calls and surface clear next steps for Sales • Log activities and manage leads accurately within the CRM • Hit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals
• 3+ years of experience in sales development, BDR, or similar roles • Strong ability to handle high call volume when required • Prior remote work experience, comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar) • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM tools • Confident communicator with a competitive, execution-focused mindset
