âą Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and email channels âą Own paid media strategy and day-to-day campaign management across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms âą Develop and manage social media content calendars, driving both organic growth and paid performance âą Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, using insights to optimise spend and strategy âą Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business goals and brand guidelines âą Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels âą Keep pace with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain competitive edge
âą Strong background in digital marketing with demonstrable experience running successful campaigns âą Deep knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads âą Proven social media marketing expertise, including both organic and paid strategies âą Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics and drive continuous improvement âą Excellent communication skills with the ability to present marketing performance clearly to stakeholders âą Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
