📋 Description

• Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels • Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused client • Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels • Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage • Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within ATS

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools • Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills • Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searches
