📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open roles • Review resumes and conduct initial qualification assessments • Lead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit efficiently • Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managers • Manage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms • Create and update job descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS • Send high volumes of candidate communications, updates, and follow-ups • Support general recruitment administration and ad hoc tasks as needed • Ensure a consistent, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role within a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment is mandatory • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered • Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume recruitment tasks with accuracy • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable conducting video-based candidate screenings and managing tight timelines
