• Research and identify qualified prospects within the construction industry • Execute outbound prospecting via calls and email sequences to contractors and decision-makers • Qualify accounts and contacts based on project scope, company size (10–50+ employees), and key decision-makers • Customize and refine email sequences to increase engagement • Use HubSpot and Apollo for outreach, and leverage dialers such as Nooks or Orum for efficient calling • Review calls and pipeline activity to continuously improve performance • Perform data enrichment and cleansing to maintain accurate records • Overcome challenges where clients may have limited digital presence by finding alternative ways to qualify leads • Collaborate with the sales team to identify multiple points of contact within organizations and expand account penetration
• Experience in the construction industry with understanding of project costs and assumptions • Proven cold calling skills with the ability to engage contractors and decision-makers • Strong English communication skills, reading, speaking, and writing • High attention to detail with a process-driven approach • Experience in account qualification and building outreach strategies • Ability to manage and clean prospect data • Experience selling into Division 9 or Division 3 contractors (preferred) • Familiarity with SaaS or construction technology solutions (preferred) • Experience customizing outbound email sequences for higher response rates (preferred) • Prior use of tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Orum, or Nooks (preferred)
