• Administer and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot systems • Build and refactor Salesforce Flows, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages • Manage HubSpot workflows and automations (80+ active workflows) • Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and custom objects • Troubleshoot system issues and implement hot fixes • Perform data uploads, cleansing, and bulk data manipulation (Excel proficiency preferred) • Ensure accurate data sync between HubSpot and Salesforce • Support reporting needs for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps • Collaborate cross-functionally and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of CRM administration experience • Strong Salesforce experience (Admin-level knowledge) • Salesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred) • Experience with Salesforce Flows (required) • Experience managing permissions, layouts, validation rules • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience • Strong understanding of CRM data structures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments • Comfortable working remote U.S. Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
