📋 Description

• Build and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar supporting brand growth and consultation inquiries • Create original legal-appropriate content across reels/short-form video, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics • Edit short-form video content optimized for platform performance • Write clear, professional, engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English • Schedule and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Monitor comments and inbox messages, responding professionally or routing sensitive inquiries appropriately • Track platform analytics and translate insights into practical content improvements • Maintain a consistent brand voice appropriate for a law firm • Collaborate with the attorney/team to source topics, shape educational content, and manage approvals • Manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing content quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Strong short-form video editing skills using tools like CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong design skills for social graphics and carousels using Canva or comparable tools • Strong English written and verbal communication skills with a professional legal-brand tone • Organized content planning and scheduling ability • Comfort with Meta Business Suite and managing multiple posting deadlines • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm or another professional services brand is strongly preferred • Familiarity with accurate and compliant educational content, especially Family Law topics • Comfort building content systems such as templates, repeatable formats, hooks, and topic banks • Experience running or supporting paid Meta social campaigns and coordinating boosts/promotions • Ability to support community management workflows and lead handling • Authentic, original content creation required; reliance on AI tools or AI-generated portfolios/template-only work will not be progressed
