📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings. • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations. • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential partners, clients, and collaborators (including cold calling when needed). • Facilitate communication between executives and staff members, ensuring information flows smoothly. • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team. • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. • Prepare expense reports and manage budgets as needed. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents. • Perform research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Handle other administrative, operational, and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the President and overall business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles, preferably supporting C-levels / executive • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Attention to Detail: Precise attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. • Discretion: Strong sense of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. • Nice to Have: • Previous experience supporting a C-level executive or founder. • Background in sports, entertainment, branding, or startups. • Interest in athlete development or personal brand building.
