• Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts • Develop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections • Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects • Work closely with the operations team for project execution and payment recovery • Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners in key states to drive scale • Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs
• 8–15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field • Proven track record in Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)
