📋 Description

• Own the customer relationship post-go-live • Work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their business processes • Dive deep into platform architecture, APIs, and integrations to diagnose issues • Simplify complexity — explain technical matters clearly • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to deliver proactive solutions • Handle escalations with patience and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of software platform architectures, API integrations, and data workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exposure to Python, NodeJS, Backend Development, Android Development, SQL, Postman, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
