📋 Description

• Lead three-hour live onboarding calls with newly hired clinicians via video conference • Keep large cohorts engaged and confident through strong energy and clear communication • Walk clinicians through EHR workflows, documentation, scheduling, and platform navigation via screen share • Guide clinicians through payroll setup and timesheet entry in Rippling or a comparable platform • Answer live technical and process-related questions • Prepare materials, presentations, platform setups, participant lists, calendar invites, and pre-call communications • Respond to post-call clinician questions via email or messaging and track open questions through resolution • Escalate complex or clinical questions to the appropriate internal team member • Identify recurring onboarding questions and friction points • Document issues and help improve onboarding materials, scripts, and workflows • Take over ownership of the clinician onboarding function from a company leader

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication with a clear, professional, and warm delivery • Healthcare experience, ideally in behavioral health, therapy, or clinical support • Comfort navigating and presenting EHR platforms on live screen-share calls; familiarity with Tebra is a strong plus • Experience walking clinicians or staff through onboarding processes, including healthcare guidelines, policies, and platform navigation • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Rippling, Gusto, or similar; Rippling experience is preferred • Strong energy and presence on live video calls, able to keep a large group engaged across an extended session • Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and similar productivity tools • Well-organized and self-directed, managing preparation, execution, and follow-up across multiple onboarding cohorts at once • Background in credentialing, revenue cycle management, scheduling, or provider support in a healthcare setting is nice to have • Experience supporting clinician onboarding at a telehealth, virtual care, or behavioral health platform is nice to have • Experience managing onboarding programs for large cohorts across multiple sessions is nice to have • Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time • Updated resume required • 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing healthcare onboarding or clinical support experience required; only candidates who submit a Loom video move to the next step
