📋 Description

• Combine salary data and job descriptions from multiple sources into accurate, consistent records using Excel and Google Sheets • Resolve mismatches in job titles and codes across source files • Match job classifications to corresponding labor agreements and bargaining units • Convert salary figures into annualized values using standardized formulas • Detect and resolve duplicate records across datasets • Apply consistent formatting standards across records • Flag data issues clearly instead of guessing • Use internal tools to improve efficiency and communicate process feedback • Conduct light website research to verify or supplement job classification information • Document data issues, mismatches, and resolutions • Maintain organized records of completed and in-progress data intake work • Complete the company’s application, video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, interviews, and background/reference checks

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch inconsistencies in large, messy datasets • Comfortable with repetitive, high-stakes work where accuracy matters more than speed • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and conditional formatting • Willingness to learn XLOOKUP and other advanced functions • Fluent written English • Ability to communicate data issues clearly and conduct light web research • Organized and methodical approach to structured data work • Comfortable flagging problems early rather than guessing • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) required • Experience with HR data, payroll data, or government classification systems is nice to have • Familiarity with Google Sheets is nice to have • Background in data entry, data reconciliation, or data quality roles is nice to have • Experience with labor agreements, bargaining unit classifications, or public sector workforce data is nice to have • Background in or exposure to public sector, government, or municipal HR environments is nice to have
