📋 Description

• Run discovery and closing calls with prospective clients across higher education, government, healthcare, aerospace, and eCommerce verticals • Understand client needs, goals, timelines, and budget parameters • Articulate the studio's differentiated value proposition • Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process • Prepare and present fixed-fee proposals tailored to client scope and requirements • Coordinate with the existing sales partner to ensure proposals are accurate, on-brand, and delivered within the two business day turnaround commitment • Follow up on open proposals and move stalled deals forward • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of active opportunities • Track pipeline stage, next steps, and close probability • Report on sales activity and pipeline health • Coordinate shared accounts with the existing sales partner • Hand off closed accounts to the delivery team with full context • Stay informed on service offerings, technical capabilities, and current client work • Complete the stated application and selection process, including prequalifying questions, video introduction, possible role-specific assessment, interviews, and background/reference checks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of closing deals in digital services, web development, agencies, or a related field • Comfortable running consultative sales calls with sophisticated buyers including directors, VPs, and procurement teams at universities, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and enterprise companies • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, confident, and non-pushy closing style • Experience preparing and presenting service proposals or statements of work • Organized and detail-oriented with clean CRM habits and strong follow-through on open opportunities • Self-directed with the ability to manage a pipeline independently without needing a sales manager to chase every deal • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume required • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) required; only candidates who submit one will advance
