📋 Description

• Own end-to-end hiring across design, marketing, operations, and technical roles • Lead intake calls, define role criteria, and set clear search strategies • Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through hiring, offers, and onboarding • Build LatAm- and global-market sourcing strategies based on compensation, talent pools, and cultural nuances • Build candidate relationships and nurture long-term pipelines • Maintain clean, updated, and documented ATS pipelines • Improve recruiting workflows to reduce time-to-fill • Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs, role briefs, and interview plans • Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and search performance • Use AI sourcing tools and automation to scale outreach and improve shortlist quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments • Strong track record sourcing and hiring talent across LatAm and global regions • Strong closing and offer negotiation skills • Organized and proactive; comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment • Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Workable, Lever, or similar • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume with at least two hiring references • 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing experience recruiting in LatAm markets • Applications must include both a resume and Loom video • Completion of prequalifying questions, role-specific assessment if applicable, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background/reference check
