📋 Description

• Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, departments, and job postings • Review and screen large volumes of applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct 55+ candidate screening interviews per week • Conduct structured first-round interviews using established hiring frameworks and scorecards • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other channels • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, notes, and next steps within the ATS • Follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving quickly • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions • Identify recruiting bottlenecks and improve hiring speed and efficiency • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities • Conduct initial screening interviews across various roles • Evaluate candidates consistently and accurately • Identify top talent to the HR team • Keep detailed records • Support high-volume hiring efforts • Provide timely communications to ensure team cohesion and efficiency

• Experience recruiting and/or conducting interviews • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English • Excellent organizational skills • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Compensation: $1000 USD per month full-time, negotiable depending on experience
