📋 Description

• Develop, implement, manage, optimize, and measure recruitment marketing campaigns • Enhance Cielo’s media and recruitment marketing capabilities in North America and LATAM • Devise integrated campaigns and optimize media channels with focus on return on investment • Manage business-as-usual media and client campaigns • Work with account, Brand, and Technology teams to create operational impact for clients • Build relationships with senior internal and client-side stakeholders • Collaborate with the wider Candidate Generation team on strategic initiatives and change programs • Plan and optimize media, including managing campaign and business-as-usual budgets and media relationships • Manage and continuously improve media publishing capabilities • Create best-in-class candidate experiences based on client operational needs • Implement, track, and measure marketing campaigns • Brief and oversee internal and external agencies • Report campaign results, including web analysis and KPI evaluation • Collect and use data to inform new and existing campaign evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English essential • 2–3+ years of commercial marketing experience • Experience creating and executing best-in-class marketing strategies • Experience with process improvement, reporting, and new technology implementation within an agency/RPO/in-house environment • Experience with media strategy and buying • Senior stakeholder management with a track record of building long-lasting relationships • Experience delivering concise and creative communication across a range of mediums • Experience managing complex projects with rapidly changing parameters • Ability to turn new ideas and technologies into tangible solutions for clients • Experience with omni-channel marketing approaches • Exposure to complex matrix-driven organizations with multiple brands/locations • Digital marketing experience is a plus
