📋 Description

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for various projects and programs • Research job boards and identify effective posting channels based on project requirements • Create and post job advertisements across job boards and online communities • Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify specialized, rare, niche, and hard-to-find talent • Support crowd recruitment initiatives and source large, diverse pools of task-based contributors across multiple markets • Build, nurture, and maintain scalable sourcing funnels for high-volume recruitment needs • Use social media and professional networks to attract candidates • Communicate daily with candidates and respond to questions • Support screening and qualification processes according to project guidelines • Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and data accuracy • Collaborate to improve sourcing practices and workflows • Identify sourcing bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements • Build partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks • Support candidate engagement throughout the candidate lifecycle • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the manager or supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles • Experience sourcing candidates within North America • Experience posting and researching job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and niche boards • Hands-on experience with ATS and resource management tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Expertise in sourcing and advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing • Experience working in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environments • Experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills • Creative approaches to sourcing and candidate identification • Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement abilities • Experience developing and scaling crowd recruiting pipelines or high-volume recruitment channels • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace • Fluency in one or more languages other than English is desired • Customer service-oriented experience is desired • Experience building or managing large, distributed talent pools is desired • Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools, Boolean search, or advanced sourcing techniques is desired • CV must be submitted in English
