📋 Description

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for various projects and programs • Research job boards and identify effective posting channels based on project requirements • Create and post job advertisements across job boards and online communities • Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify specialized, rare, niche, and hard-to-find talent • Support crowd recruitment by sourcing large, diverse pools of task-based contributors across multiple markets • Build and maintain scalable sourcing funnels for high-volume recruitment needs • Use social media and professional networks to attract candidates • Communicate daily with candidates and respond to questions • Support screening and qualification processes according to project guidelines • Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and data accuracy • Collaborate on improving sourcing practices and workflows • Identify sourcing bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements • Build partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks • Support candidate engagement throughout the candidate lifecycle • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the manager or supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles • Experience sourcing candidates within North America • Experience posting and researching job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and niche boards • Hands-on experience with ATS and resource management tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Expertise in sourcing and advertising through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing • Experience in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environments • Experience in a cross-functional or matrix organization • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, prioritization, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Expertise in online research and job-board usage • Creative candidate-sourcing and identification approaches • Experience developing and scaling crowd-recruiting pipelines or high-volume recruitment channels • Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace • Experience with specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig-economy talent, or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred • Fluency in one or more languages other than English desired • CV must be submitted in English
