📋 Description

• Develop, implement, manage, optimize, and measure recruitment marketing campaigns • Enhance media and recruitment marketing capabilities in North America and LATAM through integrated campaigns and media-channel measurement and optimization • Manage business-as-usual media and client campaigns with a focus on ROI across channels • Work with account, Brand, and Technology teams to create operational impact for clients • Build relationships with senior internal and client-side stakeholders • Collaborate with the wider Candidate Generation team on strategic initiatives and change programs • Devise integrated recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage jobseekers and increase operational impact • Manage internal and external stakeholders • Plan and optimize media, including campaign and business-as-usual budgets and media relationships • Manage and continuously improve media publishing capabilities • Create best-in-class candidate experiences based on client operational needs • Implement, track, and measure marketing campaigns • Brief and oversee internal and external agencies • Report campaign results, including web analysis and KPI evaluation, and use data to inform new and existing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating and executing best-in-class marketing strategies • Experience with process improvement, reporting, and new technology implementation within an agency, RPO, or in-house environment • 2–3+ years of commercial marketing experience required • Experience with media strategy and buying • Senior stakeholder management experience with a track record of building long-lasting relationships • Ability to deliver concise and creative communication across a range of mediums • Experience managing complex projects with rapidly changing parameters • Ability to turn new ideas and technologies into tangible client solutions • Digital marketing experience is a plus • Experience with omnichannel marketing approaches • Exposure to complex matrix-driven organizations with multiple brands or locations
