📋 Description

• We're seeking an innovative SEO Specialist who thinks beyond traditional SEO tactics. You'll help diverse clients dominate their markets while experimenting with cutting-edge AI search technologies and automation workflows. • This role is perfect for someone who can drive organic growth AND build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or similar platforms to scale SEO processes, test AI search implementations, and turn insights into competitive advantages. • Strategic SEO Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across various industries; Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity identification • AI & Automation Integration: Build automation workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar tools for SEO task automation; Test and implement AI search features and voice search optimization • Data-Driven Content Strategy: Create content strategies using AI insights and search trend analysis; Analyze search intent patterns and emerging query types across different sectors • Technical SEO Innovation: Implement schema markup, optimize site architecture, and enhance page performance; Experiment with new SEO technologies and ranking factors • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Track rankings, conversions, organic traffic, and AI search performance; Provide actionable insights from experimental SEO initiatives • Who You Are: 3+ years of SEO experience with a track record of innovative problem-solving; Experience across multiple industries or verticals; Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush; Technical aptitude for workflow automation (Zapier, Make, or similar platforms preferred); Curious about AI search, voice search, and emerging SEO technologies; Strong analytical mindset with ability to test, measure, and iterate; Bonus: Experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce SEO, or marketing automation • Ready to Innovate SEO?: If you're passionate about pushing SEO boundaries, love experimenting with new technologies, and want to build scalable automation workflows while driving real estate leads, we'd love to hear from you.
