📋 Description

• Watch YouTube and long-form content to identify funny, surprising, emotional, controversial, or highly shareable moments • Use AI transcription and review tools to find clippable moments efficiently • Edit moments into short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X • Add captions, cuts, pacing adjustments, and light visual treatments • Maintain consistent clip output without sacrificing quality • Run and manage the creator’s clipping pages across social platforms • Post consistently according to a defined schedule • Monitor basic performance metrics and flag successful content • Engage with comments and community interactions as needed • Provide creative input into content distribution and audience growth

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine understanding of what makes a YouTube or long-form video moment worth clipping • Ability to watch and process high volumes of video content efficiently • Familiarity with AI tools for transcription and content review • Basic video editing skills sufficient to produce clean, platform-ready short-form clips • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X • Ability to maintain a regular posting schedule across multiple platforms • Fast and self-directed, requiring minimal day-to-day oversight • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume required • Portfolio link or examples of created clips, short-form content, or managed pages required • Short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing relevant experience required • Candidates must submit both examples and a Loom video to proceed
