• Help, manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close. • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws. • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting. • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations. • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Active CPA license (required) • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms). • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
