📋 Description

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter/Premium, networking, and job fairs • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for open roles • Document interview notes and hiring manager feedback in a centralized location • Extend offer letters and coordinate background checks and I-9/E-Verify • Create and close employee records in the HRIS during onboarding and offboarding • Confirm start dates, schedules, and systems access before new hires' first day • Hand off new hires to Learning & Development for orientation, compliance training, and ongoing development • Use sourcing methods to fill gaps when candidate pipelines are thin • Serve as liaison between People Operations and hiring leaders across D5's six portfolio entities • Anticipate seasonal ramps, backfills, new locations, and upcoming departures • Follow up on hiring manager feedback, interview decisions, offer approvals, and new hire paperwork; escalate stalled items • Provide regular status updates to the Sr. Director, People Operations and entity leadership • Coordinate hiring check-ins, capture next steps, and ensure follow-through • Support HRIS implementation, assist hiring managers, and recommend process improvements • Proactively track open items, requisitions, follow-ups, and start dates through resolution • Help build recruiting processes and tools in a new function
