📋 Description

• Own and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including performance, scalability, and data quality • Act as the primary point of ownership for Salesforce across the business • Prioritise and manage Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals • Lead and manage a Salesforce Administrator, providing direction, oversight, and support • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Design and maintain scalable CRM architecture and workflows • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities across data and system processes • Drive improvements in data quality, hygiene, and usability across the platform • Oversee data enrichment, ingestion, and automation workflows • Manage integrations between Salesforce and external tools • Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and data teams to align priorities • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a live production environment • Build systems, documentation, and processes to support long-term scalability • Continuously improve system performance while reducing technical debt • Experience leading or mentoring technical resources

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Development + System Ownership) • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations • Proven experience taking ownership of Salesforce or CRM systems in a business environment • Experience managing or working closely with Salesforce Administrators • Strong product or systems-thinking mindset - able to prioritise and drive initiatives • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic oversight • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governance, and best practices • Experience working in live production environments • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and push projects forward independently • High attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and system reliability • Familiarity with data enrichment or scraping tools (e.g. Apify or similar) is a plus • Must be able to work in alignment with Sydney, Australia business hours • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
