📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-suite level on improving the performance and future readiness of their IT • Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT organizations • Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient IT operations delivery • Provide functional leadership to consultants and support their professional development • Develop sustainable solutions for information security, IT services, IT operations, and organizational transformation

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management • Experience in a leadership role is preferred • In-depth understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks • Experience managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking skills • Ability to analyze complex interrelationships and derive practical recommendations for action • High degree of personal responsibility and a structured approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business-fluent German
