📋 Description

• Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management, identify their organizational challenges, and support them in implementing target architectures and IT management systems. • Co-create tailored concepts with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations. • Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing experience and new methods. • Provide technical leadership for (Senior) Consultants within joint projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization. • Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT. • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation. • Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business. • Very good presentation and communication skills in German. • The list of requirements is a wish list.
