📋 Description

• Lead client projects to establish a service orientation within IT organizations. • Define service models, services, and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures. • Support the implementation or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client organization. • Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods. • Provide technical leadership for other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant, or leadership experience in an IT organization. • Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM. • Highly independent and self-directed working style in challenging situations. • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation. • Very good presentation and communication skills in German. • The list of requirements is a wish list.
