📋 Description

• Optimize IT operations together with clients to ensure that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs • Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management • Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available on the market • Assess how technologies and tools can help improve existing client processes • Optionally provide subject-matter leadership and mentoring to Junior Consultants on joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations • Sound understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL • Strong understanding of the interface between IT and the business • Analytical mindset, with the ability to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies • High level of self-motivation and a conscientious approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Fluent German • Willingness to learn and develop, even if you do not meet every preferred qualification
