📋 Description

• Optimize IT portfolios together with clients, focusing on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets • Improve service delivery through initiatives that drive business value • Support the successful implementation and continuous development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects aimed at optimizing the IT organization’s costs, quality, and scalability • Optionally provide professional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants on joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management • In-depth understanding of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL • Strong understanding of the intersection between IT and business • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complexity and clarify relationships • Highly self-motivated and conscientious approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business-fluent German
