📋 Description

• Responsible for entering documents into the accounting system. • Process formal and accounting validation of documents necessary for the accounting process. • Verify various documents from accounting, payment and tax view. • Monitor bank transfers, monthly closing and reconciliation of balances. • Contribute to automation of accounting processes. • Prepare information and statements in the area of accounting as well as data for internal and external audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Administration, accounting or economics degree. • 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in shared service organization. • Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations. • Ability to handle accounting processes for various European countries within the Shared Services Center (SSC). • Very good English language skills. • Willingness to taking initiative. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Both teamwork and individual work skills. • Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage.
