📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and developing service sales activities in the South Italy region • Manage interactions and collaboration with colleagues across the organization • Develop and implement service sales strategies and targets related to the entire service portfolio • Deliver and exceed targets in terms of orders, GM%, response time, and customer satisfaction • Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure service order volume • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships • Establish long-term customer relationships with key customers and decision-makers • Collaborate with Business Units and account teams to position different service offerings • Support marketing activities and events in the country

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • Demonstrable experience in service sales, including IB management • Strong customer relationship skills • Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products • Experience working within the energy sector • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness and ability to travel and visit customers in South Italy at least 2–3 days per week
