• Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the German-speaking market • Act as an advisor to hiring managers • Partner with local HR and business stakeholders • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices • Represent the company at external events
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Good understanding of German-speaking labor market • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies • Fluency in English and German (C1 level or mother tongue)
