📋 Description

• Plan and execute comprehensive manual tests across new and existing functionality • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks leveraging Selenium/Selenide • Own the full quality assurance lifecycle: test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking • Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to align on quality goals and release timelines • Champion QA best practices and foster a culture of quality within the team • Lead all QA efforts for a core platform delinquency team operating in a banking environment • Establish robust testing practices for highly complex systems • Ensure reliable delivery and continuous quality improvement across the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated background testing complex systems in demanding business contexts • Proficiency in Java for building test automation solutions • Deep knowledge of Selenium / Selenide frameworks • Ability to manage QA activities independently and proactively • Solid experience in manual testing and strong analytical problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction • Strong stress tolerance in fast-paced environments
