• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact product features across the full stack, partnering with Product and Design to shape what we build • Lead and inspire teams to build technology that ages well - making architectural decisions and technical investments that let us move faster as we scale • Mentor engineers on technical excellence and product thinking, raising the bar for code quality, developer experience, and understanding the "why" behind what we build • Champion user impact in everything - work directly with customers to understand pain points, then advocate for the right technical solutions that deliver real value • Balance moving fast with building systems that last - you know when to ship quickly and when to invest in the foundation • Anticipate what's next - solve the technical challenges today that will unlock speed and capabilities for the team tomorrow

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building customer-facing product features and leading ambitious technical initiatives across the full stack • Track record of leading ambitious technical projects - the kind that unlock new product capabilities and change what's possible for the team • Strong product intuition - you think about user problems first, break down ambiguous challenges into shippable iterations, and deliver value incrementally • You balance moving fast with building systems that age well - you know when to take shortcuts and when to invest in foundations that will pay dividends for years • Experience mentoring engineers on both technical skills and product thinking • You've thrived in remote settings, excelling in async communication, independent work, and time management • Legally able to work within Canada - this is our only non-negotiable
