📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend services using Ruby, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or Golang • Lead the decomposition of our monolith into modular, service-oriented components • Drive performance and reliability improvements , leveraging async queues, caching strategies, and data modeling • Implement AI-powered features (personalization, automation, recommendations) in collaboration with Product and Data teams • Elevate our internal developer experience , integrating AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and streamlining CI/CD workflows • Engineer robust integrations with third-party APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems • Champion technical excellence across testing, observability, and system design • Shape the technical vision , actively contributing to architecture reviews and long-term platform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in on of these stacks Ruby, Python , Node.js/TypeScript, Golang • Track record of building high-scale backend systems (millions of users, high throughput, distributed architecture) • Experience with service extraction and API-first designs • Solid grasp of distributed systems , async processing, observability, and modern caching strategies • Interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in product or engineering contexts • Familiar with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and modern DevOps tooling • Collaborative, thoughtful communicator who enjoys leading cross-functional technical efforts • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
