📋 Description

• Invite and engage in confidential discussions with HKA leadership regarding equity partnership opportunities. • Lead and grow the Construction Claims & Dispute Management service line across the Americas. • Prepare and defend complex claims and improve claims governance. • Conduct delay and disruption analysis, quantum assessments, scheduling and project controls. • Provide expert testimony and litigation support on major investigative and commercial damages matters. • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of delay and disruption analysts, quantum specialists, engineers, schedulers, and commercial managers. • Leverage client relationships to win work and contribute to practice profitability and market credibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Equity partner or senior professional background in Construction Claims and Disputes Consulting • Expertise in claims preparation and evaluation • Experience in delay and quantum analysis • Scheduling and project controls experience • Experience in dispute avoidance and claims governance • Track record of success in Expert Testimony • Strong client relationships and market credibility • Ability to contribute to growth and financial success of the practice
