• Build and launch a brand-new website in Webflow from design handoff to go-live, with pixel-perfect execution. • Own the responsive experience across all devices—desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Translate designs and motion assets into clean, responsive, and accessible layouts in Webflow. • Develop slick microinteractions, animations, and modern motion design for a smooth UX. • Ensure site integrations (forms, analytics, reporting tools) are working seamlessly. • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, monitor performance, and keep the site SEO-optimized and lightning fast. • Keep up with Webflow’s latest features and Figma integrations to continuously improve the site. • Collaborate directly with the CMO and Senior Graphic Designer to make sure the site reflects the brand vibe. • Be feedback-friendly and agile—iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid experience building Webflow websites and can back it up with a strong portfolio. • You're fluent in English (C1+ level), both written and spoken. • You're a responsive design expert and know your way around Webflow CMS, SEO, analytics, and site integrations. • You’re detail-obsessed, especially when it comes to transitions, animations, and interaction design. • You’ve worked remotely before and know how to own your work while staying collaborative. • You’re available to work during US-friendly hours (approx. 9 AM – 3–4 PM US time, with some flexibility). • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or know your way around Svelte or similar front-end tools.
