📋 Description

• Administrative duties include data entry, daily phone and email communication • Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately • Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road. • Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone. • Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US • Providing coverage for colleagues when needed • Various other support functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required) • Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required) • Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.: 2 years (Required) • Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must) • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently • Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results • Past work experience that is relevant is a plus
