๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Support daily EDI operations including monitoring claims submissions and remittance processing. โ€ข Assist with AR, claim corrections and authorization-related workflows. โ€ข Coordinate with Claims and Authorization departments in alignment with check runs. โ€ข Work closely with the EDI & Operations Analyst on special projects and system improvements. โ€ข Assist in reviewing 277/834/835/837/999 files for errors or inconsistencies. โ€ข Track payer issues and support documentation efforts. โ€ข Participate in testing for system updates when needed. โ€ข Maintain organized records of EDI transmissions and payer communications. โ€ข Provide operational support during peak workload periods.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข HS diploma or GED required โ€ข 1 year of related experience preferable in an EDI role โ€ข Ability to execute SQL scripts โ€ข Working knowledge of CPT codes and medical billing โ€ข Basic understanding of AR processes โ€ข Familiarity with 277, 834, 835, 837 and 999 EDI transactions โ€ข Strong organizational and time-management skills โ€ข Detail-oriented with high accuracy โ€ข Ability to communicate effectively across departments โ€ข Experience working with health insurance companies preferred
