📋 Description
• Own architecture decisions for core systems • Lead high-impact technical projects from design to implementation • Guide refactoring of the existing monolith • Build and enforce engineering best practices • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers • Mentor and support mid-level engineers • Help define deployment and release strategies • Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of professional engineering experience • Strong command of Nest.js and TypeScript • Hands-on experience with Next.js/React • Proven background in architecting and scaling web apps • Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging queues, and asynchronous architecture • Solid grounding in API design, system security, observability, and CI/CD • Experience mentoring or technically leading small engineering teams • Strong communication skills and startup mentality
