• Fleet procurement & lifecycle management: Own the end-to-end administration of our vehicle fleet, from coordinating new vehicle orders and leasing contracts to handovers, returns, and end-of-life disposal. • Ensure our Field Force and Sales teams always have reliable, well-maintained, and cost-efficient vehicles available when needed. • Vehicle branding & operational setup: Coordinate vehicle wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup in line with HOLY's brand standards. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every vehicle is ready for daily field operations. • Accident, insurance & repair management: Act as the first point of contact for accidents, damages, breakdowns, and insurance claims. • Document incidents, coordinate repairs with workshops, and keep drivers and internal stakeholders informed throughout the process. • Cost, invoice & compliance tracking: Track fleet-related costs, fines, invoices, contracts. Identify opportunities to reduce costs across while ensuring compliance with internal processes. • Stakeholder & partner coordination: Serve as the central contact for Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and other service providers. Build simple, reliable processes that make fleet-related topics easy to manage for all stakeholders.
