📋 Description

• Point of contact for our affiliated branches and contractual partners • Development and implementation of sustainability concepts – from quality management systems to sustainability reporting (e.g., VSME) • Training, as well as planning and conducting on-site internal audits according to FSC® and/or PEFC standards and in accordance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) • Coordination of schedules and audit plans with our affiliated branches and external auditors • Review of audit documentation and preparation of reports in line with formal and substantive requirements • Recording and documenting strengths, non-conformities, recommendations and evidence during audits

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a certification manager and/or certified auditor for PEFC or FSC® • Completed auditor training, e.g., according to DIN EN ISO 9001 or DIN EN ISO 14001 • Strong judgement and decision-making skills as well as a structured way of working • Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Strong organizational and communication skills; confident, open manner • Professional and confident appearance as well as communication and assertiveness skills • Freedom to develop: You work independently, carefully and in a structured way • This would be a plus but is not required: Degree in forestry or a similar qualification • Initial experience in product testing or quality management • Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements • Some practical experience with FSC® and/or PEFC systems
