📋 Description

• As a **Publishing Manager – Puzzle Games (Turkey)**, you will shape Homa’s publishing strategy in the Turkish gaming ecosystem. • Reporting to Julien, our COO, you’ll identify and partner with top hybrid and puzzle studios to build a portfolio of global hits. • You’ll own the full publishing lifecycle, from prototype to scale, guiding product strategy, evaluating investments, and ensuring market success. • Your goal is to make Homa the go-to publishing partner for Türkiye’s most ambitious puzzle game creators. • Your main responsibilities will include: • - Build strong and marketable puzzle prototypes by guiding studios on product strategy, creative direction, and marketability. • - Turn prototypes into successful launches by defining the product vision, leveraging internal experts, and driving execution through data and iteration. • - Develop Homa’s footprint in Türkiye by identifying and partnering with top local puzzle and hybridcasual studios. • - Drive product excellence across multiple puzzle subgenres and act as a trusted advisor for your studios. • - Own and grow your portfolio’s P&L, from early investment decisions to scaling hits globally.

🎯 Requirements

• We are looking for someone curious, ambitious, focused, and humble, with a proven track record in game publishing or product management, or a strong analytical and strategic mindset paired with a genuine passion for mobile puzzle games. You’re a great fit if you have: • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical, or product-driven environment (gaming, consulting, tech, or startups). • Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical ability to evaluate market trends, KPIs, and player behavior. • Fluency in English and Turkish, with the ability to connect local studios to global publishing strategy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships. • Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, ideally with exposure to puzzle or hybrid-casual games. • Bonus: Experience launching or managing successful mobile games or scaling digital products in fast-paced environments. • *Even if you don’t check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply.
