📋 Description
• Accurately input data from source document into database and spreadsheets • Update and verify existing records to ensure data integrity and consistency • Perform regular data cleaning to remove errors duplicates and outdated information • Correct errors and organise information in an optimal manner • Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered • Prepare and circulate daily reports to relevant officials • Organize and file physical and digital documents according to company policy • Retrieve records for internal teams and authorized parties upon request • Assist with inventory checks, stock and Rock Tools drilled meters reconciliation • Provide support with data queries and verifications.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate /Diploma in IT, Business Administration or related field • 1 + year experience in data entry, clerical, or administration role is an advantage • Fresh graduates with strong computer skills will be considered • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy • Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality. • A valid driver’s license, an added advantage. • Goal driven and have a track record of achieving those great results through teamwork and collaboration. • Should be a Zambian National.
