📋 Description
• Drive parts sales and support dealers/customers in service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Sandvik Surface and Underground Drills • Deliver training to dealer and customer service teams • Provide technical support for commissioning, warranty handling, and advanced repairs • Conduct advanced and specialized repairs and inspections of products and equipment at customer site • Promote the sale of consumables and spare & wear parts for SUDEX/DRRI/LOHA equipment • Provide analysis, reports and supporting documentation for customer invoicing
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in Sandvik Surface and Underground Drills • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience • University Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent • Solid product knowledge, trouble shooting and problem-solving experience within Surface Boom Drills and Underground Drills • Experienced in Customer Service • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Fluency in a second language is a plus.
