📋 Description

• Lead the global Customer Activation function and its transformation into a commercially focused platform • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth • Strengthen customer engagement through Sandvik Coromant Centers globally • Develop and expand Tech Days as a customer acquisition and engagement platform • Transform Sandvik Coromant Academy and training offerings toward a commercial, revenue-generating model • Make technical content relevant, engaging, and attractive to customers • Ensure technical product information is accurate, accessible, and clearly presented • Lead a global team and collaborate across markets, functions, and senior stakeholders • Report to the Vice President of Global Sales • Travel internationally as a natural part of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical credibility in manufacturing, CNC, metal cutting, or a related industrial environment • Strong commercial mindset • Experience from industrial B2B sales, product management, technical leadership, customer-facing roles, or industrial training organizations • University degree in a relevant field • Proven leadership experience in a global environment • Ability to lead change across cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently • Ability to present technical content in a way that creates interest • Ability to build collaboration with technical and commercial teams • Application materials, including resume and cover letter, must be in English
